Hamburger Marys is seeking quality-minded, creative, organized, fast paced individuals to fill several customer-focused positions in a team oriented environment. We present one of Denver's Largest and most fun-filled outdoor patios and are staffing for the 2010 season.
Desirable candidates will be well-kept and possess an outgoing personality with a desire to deliver quality service and an outstanding experience to all guests.
The following open positions are considered seasonal (April - October) but have the possibility of transitioning to year-round status based on performance and availability.
Full- time Day Bartender
Ideal candidates have a strong ability to build and/or bring a guest following. Responsible for building daytime bar business, provide lunch and happy hour service to guests and service bar support for waitstaff. Duties include Set up bar daily, follow guidelines for preparing cocktails, stocking liquor, beer and wine, table service & Guest entertainment. T.I.P.S. Certification preferred 21+ only Compensation is hourly + tips . 21+ only
Part-Time Service/Events Bartender
This entry level bartending position will provide exclusive bar support to the service team during peak operating hours which include Friday and Saturday nights from 5pm-10pm as well as on-call banquet and event shifts. Ideal candidate must be eager to learn, fast-paced, quality minded and team focused. Compensation is hourly + tips 21+ only
Full/Part-Time Barbacks
This position provides support to both bartenders and service staff. Most open positions start at 4pm though there are limited weekend day shifts available. The primary focus of this position is to clean and stock each bar area and lounge per guidelines including glasswashing, stocking of beer wine and liquor, and maintenance of guest seating areas. This position requires regular lifting of 50# items. Compensation is hourly + tips 21+preferred
